As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen cybersecurity measures for our platform users, we are introducing the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all logins into the POEMS Global MY App.
This enhanced authentication method will be made available and can be set up in the latest version of the app, starting on 10th August 2025.
How to Set Up 2FA:
Please click here for the step-by-step guide for both Poems Desktop (page 1 until page 15) and Poems Mobile (page 16 until page 33) version to assist you with the setup process.
App Update Required:
If your Poems Desktop or Poems Mobile app does not prompt you to set up 2FA, please update it to the latest version to access this feature.
Important:
Starting on 10th August 2025, 2FA setup will be made optional for clients. However, on 23rd August 2025, 2FA will become mandatory for all users of the application. Thus, we strongly encourage you to enable 2FA at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruption in your future trading activities.
